Our services for buyers in Montenegro are free of charge until the signing of the Real Estate Purchase Agreement, because according to established business practice, the agency commission is paid by the real estate seller.
This fee is 3-5% of the property value. According to our rules for working with sellers, we do not allow an increase in the price of the object for the amount of the agency commission.
Therefore, our engagement does not affect the increase in the value of real estate purchased through us, and we often even manage to reduce the price due to our knowledge of the local market. It is important to emphasize that our agency works legally and openly.
A buyer who has a serious interest in buying an object can negotiate the price directly with the seller.
